Ages 12-17

Our iDBT program for youths is designed to foster resilience, emotional regulation, and improved interpersonal relationships. By providing a safe, supportive, and skill-building environment, we aim to guide young individuals towards a path of healing and personal growth, all from the comfort of wherever they are.

Between-Session Coaching: Access to therapists for in-the-moment guidance during difficult situations, helping youths apply DBT skills in real life.
