Youth iDBT Program

Ages 12-17

Our iDBT program for youths is designed to foster resilience, emotional regulation, and improved interpersonal relationships. By providing a safe, supportive, and skill-building environment, we aim to guide young individuals towards a path of healing and personal growth, all from the comfort of wherever they are.

About The Program

Individual Therapy: Tailored one-on-one sessions focusing on personal challenges and progress, conducted via secure video calls.

Skills Training Groups: Interactive online groups where youths learn and practice DBT skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Between-Session Coaching: Access to therapists for in-the-moment guidance during difficult situations, helping youths apply DBT skills in real life.

Therapist Consultation: Regular team consultations to ensure therapists provide the most effective and compassionate care.
