Youth iDBT Program
Ages 12-17
Our iDBT program for youths is designed to foster resilience, emotional regulation, and improved interpersonal relationships. By providing a safe, supportive, and skill-building environment, we aim to guide young individuals towards a path of healing and personal growth, all from the comfort of wherever they are.
About The Program
Individual Therapy: Tailored one-on-one sessions focusing on personal challenges and progress, conducted via secure video calls.​

Skills Training Groups: Interactive online groups where youths learn and practice DBT skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Between-Session Coaching: Access to therapists for in-the-moment guidance during difficult situations, helping youths apply DBT skills in real life.
​
Therapist Consultation: Regular team consultations to ensure therapists provide the most effective and compassionate care.
Criteria for Participation:

GUARDIAN CONSENT
Diagnosis or symptoms consistent with trauma, BPD, anxiety, suicidal ideation, self-harm, or related mental health challenges.
Commitment to actively and consistently participate in all components of the program.
Guardian consent and support. One parent, guardian, or support person must be willing to attend weekly skills group training with the youth. Individual therapy sessions will be 1-1 with the therapist and youth.
