Chief Growth Officer

Joel Goodman serves as the Chief Growth Officer for Hills and Valleys Counselling Services, where he leads strategic partnerships, market expansion, and organizational growth across all clinic programs. With a strong background in business development, stakeholder engagement, and community-based collaboration, Joel plays a central role in advancing the clinic’s vision of bringing accessible, evidence-based mental health treatment to clients across Canada.

Joel oversees outreach to corporate and government partners, including EFAP programs, national employers, and healthcare organizations seeking comprehensive treatment solutions. He is responsible for identifying opportunities for service integration, strengthening referral pathways, supporting clinic recruitment, and developing scalable partnership models for Cloud iDBT and related programs.

As CGO, Joel works closely with the CEO and Clinical Director to align growth initiatives with clinical integrity and program outcomes. His work focuses on sustainable expansion, revenue diversification, and the development of long-term strategic relationships that support both community impact and national reach.
