As the first of its kind in our province, our iDBT program integrates the traditional core principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy with the convenience and accessibility of online delivery.

Weekly Session

Engage in regular, one-on-one therapy sessions conducted online by our experienced DBT therapists.

 

Each session is focused on addressing and managing your specific mental health challenges.

 

Through a collaborative approach, you'll learn to navigate emotional distress, improve interpersonal relationships, and develop effective coping strategies, all within a safe and supportive virtual environment.

Weekly Group

Our skills training group provides you with the essential tools and techniques of DBT.

 

Focusing on core modules like mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness, this training empowers you to build resilience and manage your emotions more effectively.

 

The skills are taught in a structured, easy-to-understand format, enabling you to apply them practically in your daily life.

Crisis Coaching

In moments of acute distress or when facing challenging situations, our in-the-moment coaching calls or messaging service offers immediate support.

 

This component of our program provides you with direct access to a DBT therapist for guidance, helping you to apply DBT skills in real-time.

 

It's a vital support system, ensuring that you're not alone during critical times and can navigate difficult moments with professional assistance.
